Emeralds

I would rather be a chunk of Emerald because I would rather be the prettier one. I know that sounds bad, but it is what it is; I'd rather be the really pretty one. I like gems more anyways. I actually have both of these at my house. I collect stones and such. Every year my family and I go to this event in Augusta called "Rock Hounders." You go and buy stones, rocks, gems, and a lot of other cool stuff. I love going there. OMG I can't wait until graduation!!! It is in 10 days. Today is my last full day!!! Woo Hoo!!! I have to practice my speech... I should get on that. Today is my final day for Environmental Science. I still have some work to do for some classes, but there are some awesome teachers that aren't giving finals.

Lord of the Flies or Lord of the Rings??

Totally Lord of the Rings! I love that movie. I don't really like Lord of the Flies. It ticked me off actually. The book not so much, but the movie showed the kids and everything and I hated it. I can't imagine the kids this young being the only survivors. I hate the concept. Lord of the Ring is exciting and has mythical being in it and it is cool, unlike The Lord of the Flies. I really despise that movie of it, that is all I have been thinking about since I read this prompt.

Prom!!!!

Prom was so fun!! Many people didn't like the prom King and Queen choices, especially when they found out there were ties. Seriously, people were mad. They flipped a coin to decide the ties. Most people were mad at the fact that a home school student got King because he doesn't go to school with us. Right after the winners were announced a group of people left, it was pretty funny.

Friendship

It's first seems so easy to define something like friendship until you are made to do so. I think that friendship should be with people who accept you, who cheer you up, make you mad then make you laugh. In a friendship you should be able to forgive them and not be afraid to argue with them. In the end you accept the differences that you have and move on. They should say the truth no matter how it hurts, sugar coating it when necessary unless asked not to do so. They should be there when you need them unless they absolutely can't. Friendship is being able to say "I told you so" then making them feel better afterward. Friendship is understanding their belief whether they share the belief or not. Friendship is about sticking around even if they don't want you there.

Bummble bee or Polar bear?

When I first read that I had to choose between being a Bumble Bee and being a Polar bear, I asked myself if a Bumble bee was a species of a bee like how the Honey bee is one. I wouldn't want to be Honey bee because they are becoming endangered. I don't want to be a Polar bear either though because they are endangered too. I wonder if there is anything that is causing Honey bees to become endangered as well. Well I will say that I would be a Polar bear, but one that is at one of those breeding in captivity places. There are so cute and if they aren't in danger they will long longer than the Bumble bee. I think the Bumble bee is a specie: why else would the name of the bee so specific? I think it's a specie.

Thoughts affecting reality

I think that all thought affect reality. The thoughts that a person has helps them to make decisions about everyday life. It also creates people's opinion of things and ideas. Thoughts can make people go crazy and can make them fall in love. It affects that way we see things see the world and everything in it.

Senior Year

Thank goodness senior year is almost over. I have been in this same school for the past six years and frankly I am tired of it. We had a softball game yesterday against Greenville, we lost eight to twelve.Our next game is this Saturday, double header. I dislike this because now I have to get up early. Softball seems shorter this year, probably because we have so many double headers. I also because I think we aren't playing a couple teams that we usually play, even though we gained Vinalhaven (which is the double header Saturday). My finals for my Advanced Placement classes are next weeks. Not looking forward to them. I do get to miss some school, but that doesn't really matter to me. Also happening this week is Bob Marley and sometime soon I am going to get my license.
